Training Approach
FitRise Method (Mostly for pt)
At FitRise, our approach is built on test-based training. This means:
• You’ll complete specific fitness assessments (e.g., timed planks, squats, push-ups, aerobic tests)
• Your workouts are designed to target improvement in those tests
• Regular check-ins to measure your actual progress, not just scale weight
• This system keeps you focused, motivated, and always moving forward We believe real results are measurable, and we track them with purpose
